Rich and Christina Cusak, the husband-and-wife duo behind June BYOB in Collingswood, have opened a new French bistro in Audubon. Menu items include a three-egg omelet, a croque-madame, a crab cake sandwich, French onion soup, trout amandine and duck shepherd’s pie. The owners recommend pairing a cheese board with their Bean2Bean coffee, or bringing your own bottle of Champagne to enjoy with brunch on the outdoor patio.
