Walters appoints Jill Del Duca as marketing director for its Apartments division

Real estate developer Walters on Wednesday promoted Jill Del Duca to marketing director for its Apartments division. In this newly formed position, Del Duca is focused on branding and promotion strategies for the company’s growing multifamily portfolio — which includes nearly two dozen properties in various stages of lease-up, development and planning.

A resident of Philadelphia, Del Duca is based out of Walters’ Haddonfield office. Most recently, she was part of the property management team at Cornerstone at Delanco, one of the firm’s income-restricted communities.

“I’m thrilled to be part of the Walters team at a time when the company is growing so rapidly,” Del Duca said. “As we add more affordable housing projects to the portfolio, I’ll be spearheading marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to support these world-class residential communities.”
