A woman is dead after a crash in Armstrong County.Karen Cobbett, 76, of Templeton, was killed Sunday afternoon after her car went off the road in Madison Township, struck the bank of the road and overturned.Police say Cobbett was not wearing a seat belt. Investigators are looking at speed as a factor in that crash.
