Antonio Shaw death: 63-year-old man dies 2 months after dog attack in West Philadelphia

Radnor Township police have arrested an Ardmore man on charges he was seen looking into apartment windows along the 400 block of Morris Road.

Daniel Razionale, 34, remained free on $10,000 unsecured bail after arraignment Wednesday by District Judge Wilden H. Davis on a charge of loitering and prowling at night.

According to police, officers were called to Morris Road on July 5 for the report of a suspicious person who was looking into windows at an apartment complex.

Responding officers found a male leaving the complex who fit the description they were given.

In 2020, Razionale was arrested by Radnor police for similar incidents at a Bryn Mawr apartment building.

Razionale eventually entered a negotiated guilty plea, and in January 2021 was sentenced to a year of probation in each of two charges, court records show.

Anyone with additional information about the recent case is asked to contact Radnor detectives at 610-688-5603.
