Iselin-based World Insurance Associates on Friday announced that it acquired another New Jersey-based agency, JBL Trinity Group Ltd. of Atlantic Highlands.
Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
JBL was established in October 1997. It offers a variety of insurance products, including auto, home and business insurance and specializes in maritime and New York City construction insurance.
