(COLLINGSWOOD, NJ) — The Scottish Rite Auditorium presents Samantha Fish on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 8:00pm. Samantha is known first and foremost for her fretwork, Fish’s secret weapon is her astute and nuanced storytelling and ultra-vivid detail from carefully honing her craft. JD Simo will open the night.
As one of the most dynamic blues forces in the world today she continues to blaze a trail of her own. In 2022, Samantha worked with producer Jon Spencer of the Blues Explosion and featured Outlaw Country legend Jesse Dayton and the two landed a chart-topping album Death Wish Blues which has just been nominated for a GRAMMY® Award nomination in the Contemporary Blues Category.
Samantha was a highlight on Eric Clapton’s Crossroads show in Los Angeles last September and spent most of the year touring the Death Wish Blues project. Over the years, Fish has maintained her reputation as a phenomenal live act and repeatedly turned out critically acclaimed albums, earning an ever-growing number of accolades.
Tickets range from $39.50 – $69.50 and are available for purchase online. The Scottish Rite Auditorium is located at 315 White Horse Pike in Collingswood, New Jersey.
JD Simo will open the night. The Chicago-born, now Nashville transplant is like a one-man crusade dedicated to keeping music real, raw, and honest. No matter the setting and no matter his role (whether it’s wingman or bandleader). As a songwriter, guitarist, and producer he has worked with the likes of Jack White, Tommy Emmanuel, Luther Dickinson, Dave Cobb, Blackberry Smoke, and even been a member of Grateful Dead founder Phil Lesh’ “Phil & Friends”.
